The company behind Teebee is Tablebox ApS ("Tablebox"). We at Tablebox strive to provide you with the best possible service. Therefore, we follow the official rules and laws, which you can read about in more detail below. For terms and conditions in Danish please read further down on this page.
Tablebox receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
There is no charge for credit card payment.
Tablebox uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no credit card information is stored in any kind. Tablebox is not capable of withdrawing more than the amount you have accepted in the shopping cart.
We will ship your package as soon as possible after ordering. If your package is not shipped from us within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order, you will be contacted via your email address.
If we are out of stock for a product or there are other conditions where delivery can be expected to be delayed, please contact Tablebox.
The price of shipping depends on where you wish to have sent the product. The price can be seen in the basket after you have entered your information.
Timely delivery assumes that the selected carrier complies with the agreed delivery time, according to the transit times they specify. In the event of delays with the carrier, this will correspondingly delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Tablebox can not be held responsible for delays caused by the selected carrier.
You have 2 years warranty in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Your warranty applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product.
Complaints about defects that should be discovered by the usual inspection of the item must be notified to the Tablebox within a reasonable period of time. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you find an error, please contact the Tablebox immediately. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or after agreement, a refund.
If a product is to be returned to the Tablebox in connection with the complaint, please contact Tablebox before returning the item. In case we wish that you return the item, we will agree whether we will send a prepaid shipping label or you shall send by mail. If a product is returned validly at your own expense, without prior agreement with Tablebox, the return fee may be refunded within reason.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Tablebox. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer domiciled outside Denmark. A full return period of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop.The period is counted from the day you receive the product.
Return costs must be paid by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase and from the time of notifying us of the cancellation you must return the product within 14 days.
The notification shall be given per mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product’s condition when returning:
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested or is used more than what is described above, we consider the product used, which means that, in the case of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product's commercial value.
